These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through Soul DNA at soul-dna.com. By purchasing or using a personalised Soul DNA guide, you agree to these terms.

1. The product

How to Love Each Other is a personalised digital relationship guide generated from the birth details supplied for two people. It is delivered as a downloadable PDF and is intended for personal, informational and reflective use.

The guide is not a compatibility verdict and does not provide medical, psychological, legal or other professional advice. It does not guarantee any particular relationship outcome.

2. Price and payment

The price of How to Love Each Other is A$29 unless a different price is clearly displayed at checkout. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Payment must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

3. Information you provide

You are responsible for entering complete and accurate birth details for both partners. The accuracy of the guide depends on the information supplied. If the exact birth time is unknown, an approximate time or 12:00 may be entered, but some parts of the analysis may be less precise.

If you provide another person’s information, you confirm that you are authorised to provide it and that you will use the resulting guide responsibly.

4. Generation and delivery

After submitting the birth details, you must keep the page open until the next page has fully loaded. Do not close, refresh, go back or navigate away while the guide is being generated. Leaving the page may interrupt the process.

After payment, a download link for the personalised PDF is provided through the order process. If the guide is not generated or the download link does not work, reply to your order confirmation email with the email address used for the order.

5. Personal use

Your guide is licensed for personal, non-commercial use. You may save it and share it with the partner named in the guide. You may not resell, reproduce, publish, distribute or commercially exploit the guide, its templates or the Soul DNA methodology without written permission.

6. Use with AI services

The guide may include prompts for use with an AI assistant. Uploading the guide to a third-party AI service is optional and is subject to that service’s own terms and privacy practices. Soul DNA is not responsible for how an external AI provider stores or processes information you choose to upload.

7. Refunds and corrections

Because the guide is personalised and generated from information supplied for a specific couple, change-of-mind refunds are not normally available after generation has begun.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the guide is defective, materially different from its description, not delivered, or generated incorrectly because of a Soul DNA error, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.

Errors caused by incorrect birth information supplied by the customer are not product defects. Contact Soul DNA as soon as possible if you notice an input error; whether regeneration is possible will depend on the stage of processing.

8. Privacy

Personal information is used to process the order and generate the personalised guide. Please read the Soul DNA Privacy Policy. Only provide another person’s information when you are authorised to do so.

9. Intellectual property

All Soul DNA content, reports, visual elements, templates and methodology remain the intellectual property of their respective owner. Purchasing a guide does not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul DNA is not liable for decisions, actions or relationship outcomes arising from interpretation or use of the guide. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version displayed on the website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase, subject to applicable law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia and the applicable laws of the Australian state or territory connected with the transaction.
