Terms and Conditions — Soul DNA

These Terms and Conditions govern use of soul-dna.com (the “Website”) and the free and paid digital products, personalised reports, charts, guides, courses, meditations, consultations and other services offered under the Soul DNA name (“Services”). Please read them before using a Service or placing an order. Product-specific descriptions and conditions shown before purchase also apply. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, that law prevails.

1. Purpose of the Website and Services

Soul DNA provides content and tools for education, personal reflection and self-exploration, including interpretations inspired by astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys and related approaches. Such interpretations are not scientific diagnoses, verified predictions or guarantees of specific life outcomes. Website content does not replace individual medical, mental-health, psychological, financial, legal or other regulated professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions.

2. Birth details, input accuracy and third-party information

Some free charts and personalised products require a name, date, time and place of birth, and may request an email address or additional information. You are responsible for providing accurate information. If the exact birth time is unknown, results may be incomplete or differ from those calculated with a verified time. When providing another person’s information, you confirm that you have the lawful right to do so. Do not provide a child’s personal information without appropriate authority.

3. Free tools and account access

Free calculations and materials are provided for personal use, subject to availability and any stated limitations. Some features require an account or email address. Keep account credentials secure, provide truthful information and notify Soul DNA through the contact page if you suspect unauthorised use. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, circumvent payment requirements or misuse the Website or Services.

4. Orders, prices and payment

The current product description, price, currency, applicable taxes, inclusions and payment methods are those displayed on the relevant product page or at checkout at the time of ordering. Prices may differ between products, currencies and regional payment options. Payments are processed by the payment providers offered at checkout, subject to their separate terms. An order is subject to successful payment and, where applicable, confirmation.

5. Personalised products and delivery

Personalised charts, guides and reports are generated using the information submitted by the customer. Delivery method, estimated time, file format and access period depend on the product description; they may include website access, an email, a download or access to an external workspace. Generation may take time. If an instruction asks you to keep a page open while a report is being generated, please follow it. If a purchased product is not delivered or is inaccessible, contact Soul DNA using your order email or the contact form.

6. Courses, meditations and consultations

Educational programs, recorded practices and individual sessions are subject to the specific scope, delivery format, access period, schedule and any cancellation or rescheduling arrangements stated in their offer or order confirmation. Participation is voluntary. Our material should not be treated as professional treatment or as a promise of personal, financial or relationship results.

7. Cancellations, refunds and consumer guarantees

Refunds and cancellations depend on the type of Service, its delivery status, the product-specific terms disclosed before payment and applicable law. Personalised digital content that has already been generated may not ordinarily be eligible for a change-of-mind refund, where permitted by law. However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is defective, materially different from its description, not supplied or otherwise fails to meet applicable consumer guarantees, contact Soul DNA so an appropriate remedy can be considered. Where other mandatory local consumer rights apply, they are not overridden by these Terms.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

Unless expressly stated otherwise, text, reports, educational materials, meditations, designs, branding and original Soul DNA methodology remain the intellectual property of Soul DNA or their respective owners. Purchasing or accessing a product grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased materials for their stated purpose. Reproducing, reselling, publicly distributing or commercially exploiting them without permission is prohibited, except where permitted by law. You may share a personalised relationship report with the person it was prepared for, where that product expressly allows it.

9. Third-party platforms, links and AI tools

The Website may use or link to third-party payment processors, hosting, video, course platforms, report-generation services and AI tools. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Uploading personal reports or personal information to an external AI service is optional and is your decision. Soul DNA does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their independent privacy or service practices, subject to applicable law.

10. Privacy and communications

Personal information, including birth data, is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Information may be processed to provide a requested calculation, fulfil an order, operate the Website and provide support. Consent to receive marketing newsletters is separate from consent needed to provide a requested Service; marketing communications will be sent only where there is a lawful basis, and you can unsubscribe using the provided mechanism.

11. Availability, limitations and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain the Website, but availability may be affected by maintenance, technical faults or third-party services. To the extent permitted by law, Soul DNA does not guarantee uninterrupted access or particular outcomes from interpretive or educational materials. Nothing in this clause removes non-excludable statutory rights.

12. Changes and applicable law

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, offerings or applicable requirements. The current version is displayed on this page; for an existing purchase, the terms presented when the order was placed apply, subject to mandatory law. These Terms are generally governed by the laws of Australia and the relevant Australian state or territory, without excluding mandatory protections available under another applicable jurisdiction.

13. Questions, corrections or complaints

For questions about your account, purchase, access, a correction or a complaint, please use the contact page or reply to your order confirmation email. Please include the order reference where relevant. We will seek to resolve issues reasonably and in accordance with applicable consumer law.
